Tool data stays on your device

Text and files are processed in your browser. We do not send tool inputs, outputs or file contents to Google Analytics or to a server for processing. Some tools save preferences or text in browser storage under aih: keys. Clear the tool or your browser’s site data to remove saved information.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Refusing leaves every tool available. When enabled, it measures page visits and basic browser/device information using a pseudonymous cookie identifier. Google also receives network information needed to handle the request. We send the canonical page address without query parameters or fragments, the static page title, and the referring site’s origin without its path or parameters. Advertising features, Google signals and enhanced measurement are disabled.

Our analytics cookies use the aih_ga prefix and expire after at most 180 days. Your choice is stored separately in aih:analytics-consent:v1 for 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent disables further collection and removes analytics cookies from this browser; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Clearing site storage resets the choice. If storage is blocked, it may not persist.

GA4 event and user-level retention is set to two months, with renewal on new activity disabled. This setting does not limit standard aggregated reports. Google applies retention-setting changes after 24 hours.

Hosting and other requests

Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and may process request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. The optional Cloudflare analytics beacon is not enabled in this release. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing, including international transfers.

Contact and your choices

Emailing us shares your message and address with us and our mail provider, Zoho. Contact the address above with privacy questions or access/deletion requests; we will assess them under applicable law. You can also remove local data in your browser and refuse optional analytics without losing access to tools.
