Merge PDF

Combine documents in the right order, without uploading them.

Files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

2–20 PDFs, up to 50 MB each, 100 MB total and 500 pages.

Password-protected PDFs and interactive forms are not supported. Bookmarks and digital signatures are not preserved. Check the downloaded files before sharing.

The numbered list is the output order. You can remove a file before processing.

Put separate PDF documents into one file before sharing a report, sending an application or organizing a set of receipts. Add your files, use the numbered list to check their order, and move a document up or down when needed. All pages from each file follow that sequence. The PDF is assembled on your device, not on a remote server. Download the result and check it before sending it to someone else.

      How to use

      1. Select at least two PDF files from your device.
      2. Use Move up and Move down to arrange the numbered document list.
      3. Remove any unwanted document, then choose Create PDF.
      4. Download merged.pdf and check the page sequence in your PDF reader.

      What it handles

      • Combine up to 20 documents while keeping the order visible before you start.
      • Copy existing PDF pages without turning text into images or changing page dimensions.
      • Process files in a background worker; Clear cancels a running job.
      • Use up to 50 MB per file, 100 MB combined and 500 pages in the finished document.

      FAQ

Can I rearrange individual pages while merging?

The queue changes the order of whole documents, not individual pages inside them. To prepare a custom selection first, use the PDF splitter to extract the required pages in your chosen order. Then add that downloaded file to the merger alongside the other documents.

Do my PDF files leave this device?

The PDF engine runs in a browser worker on your device. File contents are not sent to our servers or saved in browser storage. Clear removes the current queue and results from the page. Your original files and anything you have already downloaded remain on your device.

Will the pages become blurry or lose searchable text?

Pages are copied as PDF objects rather than converted into screenshots. Existing text, images and page dimensions are retained by this process. A scanned page stays a scan: the tool does not perform OCR or make its text searchable. Always inspect the downloaded document in your PDF reader.

Can I use signed documents or fillable forms?

Password protection and interactive forms are not supported. The tool rejects these inputs instead of silently dropping entered form values. Digital signatures and document bookmarks are not preserved in a newly assembled PDF. Keep the original and use a suitable dedicated editor for documents whose signatures or interactive behavior must remain intact.
